BOOK NOW! Infrastructure Intelligence Live free online events continue

The hugely popular series of Infrastructure Intelligence Live free online events continues throughout 2021, with a range of key issues set to be discussed by expert panels of leading industry figures.

The monthly Friday morning webinars have proved a big hit since launching last summer, with over 4,000 leading industry professionals signing up to attend the insightful and influential events so far.

And, organised in association with Events and Communications Strategic Partner, BECG, our 2021 events have already built on the success of our popular 2020 series, with our Social Value in Construction conference on Friday 26 March drawing a record audience of leading industry figures from across the globe.

The webinars continue on Friday 30 April, with a key event looking at the need for increased diversity and inclusion in the construction sector. With only last week, a new government-commissioned report controversially finding that the UK "no longer" had a system rigged against minorities, this particular webinar could not be more timely.

The events continue on Friday 28 May with a webinar looking at the future of transport in the aftermath of the Covid crisis and a Friday 25 June closes the summer series in style, with a webinar looking at placemaking and how this can contribute to the government's efforts to close the north-south divide.

After a short break for summer, the events return for a brand-new autumn series on Friday 24 September, with a webinar looking at the international fight to combat climate change and the role of the infrastructure industry in taking up that challenge. Friday 29 October brings a webinar looking at how the construction and infrastructure industry can better influence government and MPs to get their message across to decision-makers.

And, with climate change quite rightly still at the top of everyone’s agenda, a webinar on Friday 26 November will look at the deliberations, discussions and outputs of the international climate change conference, COP26, and what these mean for the construction and infrastructure sector.

Our 2021 series of events concludes on Friday 17 December, with a webinar looking ahead to 2022 and what next year may bring for the construction and infrastructure sector.

Infrastructure Intelligence editor Andy Walker said: “Our events in the first quarter of this year have got 2021 off to a flying start, bringing together a wide range of key industry figures from across the sector. We have built on the positive success and popularity of our events last year and it’s great to see that we have a packed diary for the rest of the year too.

“The Friday morning webinars seem to work well for everyone, they’re 100% free to attend and we’re looking forward to some more interesting and insightful debates on a range of key issues throughout the rest of the year.”
