AtkinsRéalis appoints chief digital officer

AtkinsRéalis, a fully integrated professional services and project management company with offices around the world, has appointed Darren Martin to the newly created position of chief digital officer. 

Darren will be responsible for building on AtkinsRéalis’ global digital strategy to transform our core business and offer new digital services to our customers.

He has extensive experience in technology leadership roles and has a strong track record of driving digital transformation in AtkinsRéalis’ focus areas including infrastructure and energy systems.

He joins AtkinsRéalis from McKinsey, where he was Chief Technology Officer for the firm’s Capital Excellence - Operations practice. Previously, he was CTO at engineering and construction consultancy Wood PLC and Head of Digital Solutions for Jacobs as well as holding leadership positions at DXC Technology and the UK Home Office.
