Discounts to Highways UK conferences end this week

Discounted tickets to attend the Highways UK conference on 8 November and the new Highways People event on 9 November end this coming Friday, 8 September.

Highways UK is for the people and organisations involved in the planning, designing, building, operating and future-proofing of the UK's road network. It is not a trade show, but rather is positioned to attract and capture strategic planning and thought leadership at the leading edge of UK road infrastructure development, especially at the intersection of asset management and intelligent infrastructure.

The Highways UK event takes place at the NEC in Birmingham and the 2016 event attracted 2,219 visitors, 90% of whom rated their experience ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. The event includes a major exhibition and multiple content streams of interest to anyone working in the highways sector.

Attending Highways UK and Highways People also means that you get access to the wealth of other activities at Highways UK. New initiatives for 2017 include the Safer Highways UK conference and the launch of the Intelligent Infrastructure Challenge. Also returning this year will be the devoted Highways England and CIHT theatres, a range of keynote addresses and conversations from senior industry personalities, specialist theatres devoted to maintenance and innovation and technology, the ever popular informal supper on Wednesday night and 140 exhibitors.

The event is part conference, part exhibition, part industry briefing, part supper, part socialising and part networking. The proven and vibrant format is designed to combine thought leadership, insight and information exchange together with the provision of a route to market for vendors.
