We execute work on schemes with construction values of up to £180m and have accumulated a considerable breadth of expertise in all types of building and engineering works, within all the major work sectors and covering all the principal procurement routes. Services

Structural Engineering: Design and monitoring construction in all forms of structures including new buildings, extensions and alterations to existing buildings, and cladding.

Civil Engineering: Railways, roads, infrastructure and the civil engineering aspect of building projects including earthworks, roads, car parks waste handling facilities and foul and surface water drainage.

Principal Designer: Provision of health and safety services under the CDM Regulations 2015.

Project Management: Co-ordination of services provided by other professionals for all types of building project, managing the design team and monitoring the contractor.

Investigations and Reports: Investigation and diagnosis of causes of defects in buildings. Assessment of sites for development, flood risk assessments and preparation of technical reports including acting as expert witness in legal disputes.

Party Wall Surveys: Provision of party wall services under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
