ACE International Conference: AECOM deputy executive chairman John Horgan explains why businesses need to be in shape to embrace the multi trillion dollar global infrastructure opportunity.

We are all part of a global organisation now, says AECOM deputy chairman John Horgan, highlighting that AECOM employs far more people outside the UK than inside. 

"There is an interesting change inthe world operates," he said, speaking at the recent ACE International conference. "We need to learn fro each other. SMEs need to learn from larger organisatons and the larger organisatons can learn fro each other."
